Bird Dog Cat
I had a picture of another artists painting of a lion. I skewed it first with a swirl effect, and then a polar coordinates globe effect on Gimp. After doing so, i realized that the image now looked like a dog and a bird facing each other. So I painted that and added a cat

A somewhat skewed self portrait, originally drawn from a photo of me taken through wavy glass distorting my features. I then built it out of mushrooms and various materials

Beach Seat
Another Skewbism piece that resulted from a scribble i made, that I skewed digitally and then essentially found these figures in the mix. I built this piece out of paint chips and little magazine tare offs.
Twisted finger
I took a pic of a sketch, then I digitally distorted it, and then recreated the piece using parts of both the distorted image and the original hand sketch. This piece is made out of layers of paint chips, small pieces of fabric, and little pieces of painted tar paper.

This is an experiment that didn't come out as expected
Stargazer
This piece was made by mixing cat tail grass fluff with acrylic medium and spreading it across the canvas, then letting it dry before pouring a few layers of transparent paint, so the pigment would seep into the recesses creating a unique organic texture. After that dried I painted a Picasso influenced Skewbism depiction of someone star gazing in wonder.

A painting about allowing the self to look at this world with wonder. This piece is made out of paint pours and paint chips

A DJ Producer carries a laptop in which he keeps his magic. This piece is formed in the shape of a sound wave and it is made out of little bits of plastic toys, mushrooms and various found objects

This piece is made from little plastic toy bits, various found materials and paint to depict a girl close in proximity but also somewhere else
There once was a castle
This painting emerged from grappling with the contemporary artist's struggle for visibility. "There once was a castle" speaks to a time, like Picasso's era, when the art world offered a clear, centralized path for artists to gain recognition—a structure that no longer exists today.

Anxiety
Inspired by Basquiat's ability to express raw, prickly anxiety with a playful, almost mocking air, I created this painting. Having deeply experienced anxiety myself, I feel a strong kinship with his unique perspective on the human condition.
Bowl Mouth
So titled because his chin almost looks like a toilet bowl to me. This abstract portrait, features a man looking down on a universe. The piece is built upon a foundation of paint splashes and torn sketches, over which I rendered the experimental, structured scribble figure.
Get me out of here
This Fractalism work started with a Photoshop fractal distortion of a sketch, resulting in a wavy, rippling pattern. The creative challenge then lay in finding and articulating forms, creatures, and expressions intertwined in the pattern.
